Nepal achieved the target by losing eight wickets in 44.1 overs.

 Captain Rohit Paudele's brilliant innings has defeated the champion Scotland by two wickets in the last match of the tri-national one-day series. Played an important innings of 95 not out. Nepal achieved the target by losing eight wickets in 44.1 overs.

Rohit and Karan KC shared a historic partnership of 75 runs for the ninth wicket and gave Nepal a thrilling victory. Rohit and Karan's partnership for the ninth wicket is the highest partnership. Earlier this record was held by Sompal Kami and Sandeep Lamichhane. They shared a 41-run partnership against the Netherlands in 2018. Similarly, Karan played a 31-run innings with two fours and a six off 37 balls. He returned to the pavilion after adding a run. Similarly, Kushal Malla scored 17 runs, Sandeep Zora scored one run, Dipendra Singh Airi scored seven runs and Sompal Kami scored two runs. Similarly, Sandeep Lamichhane returned to the pavilion with 9 runs. 


 Mark Watt has taken the most three wickets for Scotland. Chris Greaves took two wickets and Brandon McMullen, Safyan Sharif and Michael Lisk each took one wicket. Against Bowling, struggling Scotland had a partnership of 42 runs for the first wicket. But after that, Scotland could not make a big total. Likewise, wicketkeeper-batsman Matthew Cross, who came to the crease at number five, scored 42 runs in 63 balls with four fours and a six. Apart from that, Brandon McMullen scored 31, Kyle Koitzer scored 22 and Christopher McBride scored 22 runs. 

 For Nepal, spinner Sandeep Lamichhane spent 45 runs in 10 overs and took the most four wickets. Similarly, Karan KC, who spent 42 runs in 9.1 overs, took three wickets and Lalit Rajvanshi and Kushal Malle took one wicket each.

Earlier, in the first ODI against Scotland on Friday, Nepal achieved the target of 275 runs and won. Nepal has defeated Namibia in both matches before and has won all four matches of this series. Chasing the target in all the matches, Nepal had completed a big target of 270 runs in three matches. A record of 255 runs was chased before the start of the series. However, in the first match of the series, Nepal completed the record target of 286 runs given by Namibia. Comparatively, Nepal could not make the expected start on Tuesday. Nepal lost five wickets while scoring 61 runs in 18.4 overs. However, Nepal managed to win with Rohit and Karan's excellent partnership. After this series, Nepal will play another series against home team and Papua New Guinea (PNG) in UAE. After that, in the final series to be held in Nepal, Nepal will play with PNG and UAE at the University Cricket Ground.
